Garden Spot Mat Club, home of Garden Spot Wrestling

Garden Spot Jr. High wrestling has a long history of developing competitive wrestling  teams while preparing our Spartans for the challenges of high school wrestling.  Thanks to the hard work and concentration of our wrestlers we have achieved a great deal of success in many different ways.  In order to become successful we have become a very goal oriented team – in practice and competition.  Our focus is on developing a solid core of basic wrestling skills and then branching off into more complex or subtle techniques.
